Argh! [hug].

My observation from recent experiences:

As medical technology gets better, we spend more time in the diagnostic phase than we used to, and that's scary. One test seems to lead to another, which leads to another, all of which takes time, and in between there's a lot of "maybe" and little certainty. Also, the more we encounter this diagnostic regimen, more and more of us go through experiences where we go through a series of tests -- and the mental stress that goes along with them -- and finding out nothing was wrong.

It's hard not knowing what's happening. Really hard. No matter how it comes out I feel for you during this process. It's crummy.
